⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a really good experience at Juicy Crab in Fayetteville by Walmart! The service was fast, and our food came out fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Juicy Special with 1 lb. of shrimp, and the seasoning was very good—the shrimp had plenty of flavor and was definitely the highlight of my meal. 🍤🦀 We also tried the hush puppies, crab bites, and fries. The hush puppies were a little crisp, but still good nonetheless. The crab bites were good, and the fries were hot and fresh. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, so it has more of a casual, quick seafood spot feel. The drinks are also self-serve, which I actually didn’t mind because you can easily grab a refill whenever you need one. Overall, we still had a great experience. The food was good, everything came out quickly, and the service was smooth. I’d definitely come back when I’m craving a seafood boil! ⭐️

The food was amazing, and I honestly have no complaints about it. Everything came out fresh and tasted great. The girl with the mask was wonderful, very friendly, polite, and made us feel welcome. The girl with the glasses was also great. They both had excellent customer service and made the experience much better. Unfortunately, I think there was a new girl working, and her customer service was terrible. She came across as very rude, had an attitude the entire time, and made us feel like we were bothering her just by asking simple questions. If she is new, I understand everyone has to learn, but customer service is a huge part of working in a restaurant. A friendly attitude goes a long way, and I think new employees should have at least some customer service training before working with customers on their own. The lady with the red hair was also very rude. She didn’t smile, wasn’t welcoming, and acted like she didn’t want to be there. As a customer, you expect to be treated with respect, especially when you’re spending your money. A simple hello, a smile, or a polite response can make a big difference. You should be happy to come to work and provide good service, not make custom

To be honest I didnt know what to think about the food when we walked in but after it was brought to us and I bit into it I realized this 4.8 wasnt fabricated. This place is well priced and great food. We will definitely be back

Today is our first time coming here. The restaurant is busy and they're cleaning up as soon as the parties leave the table. We were greeted warmly by the hostess taking orders. We decided to try the fried catfish with sweet potato fries, fried catfish with Cajun fries, a 12 piece breaded wing order with half lemon pepper and half sweet chili, a slice of red velvet cake, a starry fountain drink and a sweet tea. We decided to dine-in and settled in to a booth. The food is cooked to order and our fried catfish baskets came out first. The catfish and fries are delicious. The catfish is battered and lightly seasoned. Nice and hot. The wings are delicious and out of the two (2) choices. The lemon pepper is my favorite. The red velvet cake, in my opinion, was ok. The cream cheese frosting is delicious but, the cake itself left a lot to be desired. I want to say Thank you to Kacie, I hope that is how it's spelled. She greeted us at our table, checked if we needed anything, made sure we knew what was going on with our to go order. She's extremely pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend coming here. I know we will be back to try the seafood boils.

My first time coming to this restaurant and not only was the food amazing but the ambiance was also amazing! The cash register lady was phenomenal and very courteous with me and my son. She was also very helpful with recommendations for food. And the place is 100% in their sanitation audit. What is more important is that you feel the love by which they cook the meals. If you are hungry and in the area, and want something different and delicious, come here to satisfy your hunger. You will definitely be back just like I will! They gained me as a customer!
